OurIncomePlan (.com and .net), and affiliated members/partners make every effort to ensure that they accurately represent these products and services and their potential for income. Earning and income statements made are estimates of what we think one can possibly earn. There is no guarantee that you will make these levels of income and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements differ by individual.

One's income is directly the responsibility of the individual and their commitment, desire, expertise, and follow through. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience. Costs and Affiliate Commissions

OIP Membership costs $49.99 monthly ($40 Membership + $9.99 Admin).
OIP Savings Network has initial cost of $14.98 for the first year of the annual membership, which then auto-renews at $99.98 yearly (less any current discount or coupon).

Members earn 100% commissions of $40 /month for each paid member or pass-up referral received.
Members collect must collect their own commissions to earn 100%, and they are responsible for any process expense.
If Members choose to have the company collect their commissions, they will earn an 80% commission and are responsible for any processing expense.
Commissions collected by the company will be paid out monthly via PayPal or other means offered at the time.

Incomes are generated through a reverse 2-up commission structure know as 'The Power of 4' where affiliates are qualified to receive unlimited pass-up incomes by referring and maintaining 4 paid members of which 2 they keep (1st and 3rd referral) and 2 they pass-up (2nd and 4th referral). If one or both of their pass-up referrals drop out or quit and become inactive, the affiliate is responsible for personally referring a new member to replace the that position. The system will automatically fill the inactive position as the affiliate refers a new paid member.

It is possible to grow one's customer base using the free tools, but member's understand that they may invest in paid sources at their own discretion. This is the member's choice. Other potential costs include payment processing, which are also the responsibility of each member, such as gateways, cost per transaction, etc. It must be understood and agreed that members are likely to experience other costs above and beyond their membership net investment which are solely the responsibility of each member.

Accounting and Taxes
Each member is responsible for the accounting of their commissions earned and business expenses incurred for tax purposes. Each member is their own business entity are are responsible as such.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
You agree that by purchasing your Admin Fee and your Membership, no charge backs are allowed, and there are no refunds due to the digital nature of the business.

All sales are final, however one can cancel at anytime.

Inappropriate Behaviours and/or Activity
The opportunity is not always a good fit for everyone.
If a Member is partaking in inappropriate or negative public behaviours and/or activity within social media and other communication such as text and/or email, if an Member is found to be purposely difficult to communicate with, and if an Member is projecting negativism toward the business, it's owners, and/or other Members and affiliates, then the behaviour and/or activity will be addressed OurIncomePlan.

If the behaviour and/or activity is deemed unreconcilable, the Member's membership/business will be closed and all tools and systems, including contacts and lists will be lost and forfeited. Each case will be looked upon separately.

If a Member is attempting to circumvent the opportunity and/or is falsely projecting the opportunity to others, then their membership/business will be forfeited as stated above.

Declined Payment and Loss of Business
If your credit/debit card is declined when processing your monthly or yearly Membership Payment, your account may be rendered inactive. As a result, income and business can be lost and unable to be recouped. It is solely the responsible of each member to ensure that payment is available to be made on your monthly renewal/anniversary date.
